2. Services: Byond connects recruiters, candidates, and hosts events. We don’t guarantee hiring or outcomes.
3. Conduct: No fake/misleading job posts, discrimination, spam, scraping, or fee-for-job practices.
4. Intermediary Role: Byond acts as an intermediary under Indian IT Act. Content takedown requests: report@byond.comp (acknowledged in 24h, resolved in 15 days).
5. Payments: Transparent pricing; refunds per Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Events: Organisers must provide accurate details; attendees must comply with venue/community rules.
7. IP Rights: Byond trademarks, logos, and content remain our property.
8. Disputes: Governed by laws of India; exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
